Brendan Diaz
Chief Executive Officer
Brendan Diaz joined Site5 in 2005 and currently serves as the company's Chief Executive Officer. He has a rich background in business management and development, as well as a wealth of industry-specific experience. Brendan previously served Site5 in a number of capacities, including as a public and customer relations manager, and as Director of Customer Service.
When Brendan is not making "executive decisions", or responding to your fan mail, you will likely find him plastered in front of a TV cheering for his favorite sports team: the NY Mets. A natural born leader with a true passion for the web hosting industry, Brendan works hard along side the rest of the Site5 Genius Team in order to ensure that Site5 customers are enjoying the very best possible web hosting experience, and to improve the company's service levels and offerings across the board. Brendan received his formal business, and public relations training from Syracuse University.

Vince Stratful
Director of Technical Operations
Vince was one of Site5's first employees, way back in 2000. After working his technical magic for many years as our most senior level Systems Administrator, Vince is now our Director of Technical Operations. When not planning upgrades, overlooking our network infrastructure, etc. Vince is most likely staying up all hours of the night to make sure our servers are up and running smoothly.

Tom Sepper
Director of Operations
Tom Sepper holds the position of Site5's Director of Operations. Tom brings to Site5 a hard working, hands-on, team-oriented management style. He is an advocate for the web hosting industry having experienced it from both perspectives: customer and employee. Tom is a proponent for improving the customer experience via open lines of communication. He, just like clients, is a designer, programmer and webmaster having been developing for almost fifteen years.
In addition to the lovely job of handling "completely random and important stuff at large" Tom's responsibilities include: managing Site5's sales and billing operations, overseeing Site5’s finances, maintaining the site5.com website, managing the Site5 Community Forums, overseeing the Site5Wiki, and aiding the various Site5 departments through the use of his versatile “jack of all trades” skill set.

Matt Lightner and Rod Armstrong
The Founders
Matt Lightner and Rod Armstrong founded Site5 in 1999 and have been working intimately with the company since that time. Matt and Rod built the company on the philosophy that web hosting should be easy, fun, accessible, reliable and generally not painful to use. The founders held the positions of CEO and President respectively until 2007, when they decided to allow a new team of extremely eager and talented professionals handle the reigns of the operations so that they could work on more specific projects and areas for Site5. The two are still extremely involved in high-level decisions and keep working to ensure that Site5's hosting experience continues to improve.
