I started in web design and development 10 years ago, and have since gone through many web hosts as I out grew them, or when they weren't able to provide stable service. Site5 is the first host I've been with who has been able to provide me with the features I need for continuous growth, and mission critical stability. I've been with Site5 for three or more years now and I have almost always been more than pleased with their service, and their company as a whole.
In addition to a strong set of features, cutting edge technology, mission critical stability, and customer service that exceeds industry standards; I am really pleased with the extent to which the company cares about their customers.
Every employee from entry level to the heads of the company take personal interest in customer feedback, requests, and issues. They're also always up for engaging you in friendly conversation in their thriving community forums.
Site5 is also the most transparent web host I have ever encountered. There are no secrets, and I have never gotten the feeling they were hiding something from me. I have never felt like I was "just another dollar" to them. With as involved as they are, and as much as they care, I have always felt like "we are in this together."

I just wanted to say thank you!. Site5 is my 4th host since 2000. The prior hosts were Windows hosts--I used to use Cold Fusion/SQL Server--but no longer have time to hand code my own sites in that much detail. I decided to switch to linux/php/mysql and Site5 came out as my top choice. For the features and incredibly fast and accurate support, the price can't be beat!
I look forward to remaining a loyal Site5 customer and hope that I never need a 5th host! Treat yourself to some tasty margaritas this weekend--after all, you're now hosting Google's number one result for 'margarita recipes'!

I joined Site5 in the fall of 2006 when I was taken in by the amazing deal they were offering at an even more amazing price. They have truly delivered in every aspect of their promised service, offering very knowledgable, prompt and friendly support alongside a brilliant specification (space, bandwidth - everything, superb!). In honesty, for such a great service, I should really be paying more!

I have just asked for customer support regarding a problem. The response took 10 minutes and was resolved. The person even apologized for the delay.

The FCCC is a state wide organization that helps anyone interested in photography find a local club and compete in FCCC organized functions such as Competitions, Conferences, and Workshops.
Several years ago we were with a hosting company that offered us the world and then some for about 7 bucks a month. The problem's started shortly after signing up with horrid uptime, slow customer service, and an over complicated custom control panel. It's not logical for us to host our site with a company that can't keep our site up and running with good support. Thankfully our search for a new host brought us to Site5. Our tickets had answers within the hour compared with some time that week.
Even before we finished moving our site to Site5 we notices some major changes such as a huge drop in emails from visitors complaining about outages. The site loaded in second and the control panel worked great! We didn't need to waste time setting up our site to work/without www. or adding ftp and mail servers. It was all ready to run out of the box!
Our ideas are no longer limited by single account access thanks to MultiAdmin. We have the ability to setup as many websites as we need so going forward we can offer clubs even more features without the fear of inexperienced users breaking our website.

I've been with Site5 for 1 1/2 years now. Besides the usual minor things that can occur every now and again, they have been superb! And even when something goes wrong, they are on top of it and it gets resolved quickly. Tech support rocks, and they always send you advance warning of scheduled downtime due to any server maintenance and upgrades they plan on doing.
Two thumbs up!!
