Here at Site5 we love to see testimonials and reviews from our fantastic web hosting customers. We want to encourage our customers to tell their friends and readers about us! First I try site5 for my Drupal projects. I still use another hosting but now I’m decided to move all my projects to site5. Why? Better hosting (no server error 500), better support (need suport with setting drush) and of course: I can use Drush here! this is probably for me the first reason from all – Big Drupal on sharing account with no drush is a lot of time wasted. Negative experience for site5: I have to wait some time until they activate my account, but I don’t regret.! :)

I have used a lot of hosts before and its not very often do I see this sort of customer service with a company. They are friendly work fast to get you what you need. one of the best company’s to work with I have seen in a long time.
I’ve been using Site5.com since January 2008. After watching some tutorial videos from http://www.phpvideotutorials.com the tutorial creator suggested Site5.com. After a bit of research I decided Site5 would be my choice of hosting sites. I knew if I were never happy I could up and leave but since then I’ve been very satisfied with my decision. 2. The very quick and efficient action where some is required – seldom need to wait for more than 10 mins
3. The comprehensive wiki – helpful for minor queries
4. The fact that operators are willing to ‘get their feet wet’ as it were, actually doing things in the backend themselves rather than just telling you what to do

I’m very happy with the services of site5, I’ve gone problem free 99% of the time, and have always been notified via email of any changes to the server settings and updates. More so, whenever I did have a question or problem I have always contacted support, who are professional and understanding of the issues I presented, that’s why I’ve stuck with site5 for these pas few years.

I have been using site5 since January of 2010 and haven’t had problems with them since then. Their plans are very affordable which suits me very well. Right now I’m paying a little over $10 and I’m hosting 2 websites. I am most impressed with site5 for their customer service. I’ve talked to them a couple of times via the ticket system and the live chat and I’ve gotten courteous and quick response from them. Plus, they know what they are doing. Also, they make sure to alert you ahead of time of their routine maintenance of their system or if there are problems so that you are not inconveniently surprised. I like that. I don’t intend on switching to another host anytime soon. As a matter of fact, I’m transferring another domain name that I have to them.
24 hours chat support, absolutely amazing. If you do not believe me just give them a try and see if they reply. I went with them mainly because of their honest support and because their website is very user friendly. Knowing that people are there 24-7 really does make me feel reassured.
Your honesty about issues with the server and how you plan to resolve them.
The frequency of your communication with clients. The 24-hour chat and the willingness to answer stupid questions from non-technical persons like myself. Communication is key and that is what you have going for you. Your price is also good. Great job!!
